# Gameplay overview

### 🎮 Core Mechanic: **Map-Shifting Treasure Hunt**

**HuntFi** introduces a dynamic treasure hunting system where every player engages in the same global event—but with a personalized experience. Each player explores a **unique version of the map**, and once a treasure is discovered and claimed, it **vanishes from the view of all others**.

This approach ensures:

* **Fairness** in competition
* **Exclusivity** of rewards
* Encouragement of **exploration over exploitation**

> **✨ Key Rule**: *The moment a player hunts a treasure, it is **removed from all other maps**. Only the **fastest and most strategic** explorers will earn the reward.*

### ⚙️ Auto-Hunt System

To make treasure hunting accessible at all times, **HuntFi integrates a smart Auto-Hunt Mode** that allows players to earn rewards **passively**, simply by moving in the real world.

Key features:

* **Auto-Hunt Activation**: A smart system that allows users to passively collect rewards, even with their phone in pocket.
* **Passive Rewards**: Players collect low-tier treasures without manual interaction
* **Energy Mechanism**: Prevents overfarming and helps maintain **balanced token distribution**

### 🌍 Shared World, **Individual Map Instances**

Players exist in a **shared virtual world**, but each sees a **personalized map layout** filled with treasures and events tailored to their activity and progression level.

Special events include:

* **Legendary Treasures**: High-tier chests that appear to **all players simultaneously** during timed global hunts
* **Referral systems**: Players can earn **passive rewards** by inviting others to join HuntFi through their **unique referral links**. Each successful referral contributes to the player’s earnings as their invitees **participate and engage** with the platform.
