#### **HuntFi Foundation – A Non-Profit Pillar of Governance**

**Role and Responsibilities:**\
The HuntFi Foundation operates as a **non-profit entity**, established to ensure fair governance and long-term sustainability of the HuntFi ecosystem on behalf of the DAO. The Foundation is responsible for key ecosystem operations, including:

* Managing the issuance and supply of $HUFI tokens
* Overseeing token distribution and reward allocation
* Partnering with third-party apps and games (“Candidates”) for integration into the HuntFi Game Center
* Executing airdrops for early contributors and campaign participants
* Facilitating DAO-approved mechanisms such as token buybacks, burns, and developer grants using a portion of ecosystem revenues (e.g., 50% from in-game activity, treasure hunts, and map-based exploration)

Ultimately, **$HUFI is a community-driven asset**, and its tokenomics are designed to evolve transparently through the active participation of token holders.

#### **Decision-Making Framework**

HuntFi employs a **decentralized governance model** where key decisions are made through **community voting**, involving stakeholders such as players, developers, and ecosystem partners.

The DAO governance model for **$HUFI** will be launched **within 12 months post-TGE**, allowing sufficient time for real-world gameplay iterations, feedback collection, and system optimization.

Governance operations and proposal execution will be facilitated through the **TON Vote** platform.
